We only take responsibility for our work but we don’t give any warranty or free repairs.
KS global industrial solutions inc. will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, personal & property damages, liabilities, personal injuries, expenses etc. including legal fees from your use of the websites, our products or in person work.
It applies to all our online website products, parts, labour, work, rentals, all services, any kind of installations / dismantling, every project and all other related things.
These terms and conditions apply to all our company quotations, projects, work, labour, parts, products, services etc. if you are agreeing working with us, you will be automatically agreeing on these all terms & conditions.
All kinds of quotations for services work,parts or products are valid for 30 days only. After that you will need new quote to proceed with work order. Prices may varies or changes depending on present conditions. All prices will be excluded taxes, shipping or any other fees charges unless it’s visibly stated on quotes or invoices. Pricing may be adjusted for any changes in work scope, customer site conditions, company availability schedules, labour rates, or material availability etc.
All service work payment should be paid within 30 days of invoice date after that 2% interest rate per month may apply on due payments. Online products or parts sales payment should be paid full before placing a order. Credit card holds, advance payments or deposits holdsmay applied for any custom work, long or costly projects. No payment or rejects to pay after work got done KS global industrial solutions may suspend that company account and take all legal actions against that company or a person.

KS global warranty its own workmanship for 90 days from completion date where failure only happens due to defective workmanship.Warranty will be voided by misuse, improper installation by others, lack of maintenance, site conditions or normal wear, cheap parts, act of god, any kind of modifications etc. Warranty claims maybe billable for any kind of labour work, special equipment use, travel and removal/re-installation related.

We will keep all our clients, customers and industries their data, personal and company information, confidential documents etc private and not sharing with anyone or anyways.
When you submit a contact form or a quote form on our website, over the phone, by email & in person. We may collect the personal information like person name, email address, house address, phone number, emails,IP address, device information,browser types etc. but we use all this information to communicate with you regarding all your requests & our services, give you better customer support, it help us to understand your needs better and also how to make our website and services better for next time.

Shipping & Returns policy
30 days exchange warranty with original packaging and receipt. Customer have to pay for shipping charges also. Sales, clearance and custom work items are not returned or refunded.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with proof of payment or receipt. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.If you need to return an specific item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We are not liable for any kind of loss, damages during transportation of your products. Delivered products must be inspected immediately after receiving.Shortages of products, missing parts, damage or any kind of errors must be reported within 48 hours to shipping carrier and company. Transit damage must be noted on delivery documents and claimed directly with the carrier. No returns on custom-built, special-order, open packaging, used parts, without receipt or modified items unless it’s mentioned on paperwork before ordering by company.
We can ship to most addresses in Canada. Note that some products cannot be shipped to remote destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are volume/weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
